Received a response that basically indicated sorry about the toilet running and there only being 1 tissue. Again, the room was very nice but staff at the casino and maintenance of the slot machines leave a lot to me desired. When we went back down to the bottom of the staircase to get someone's attention, one of the staff members came out and got on her phone and then totally ignored us as she was talking and laughing on the phone. We found the elevator that would allow us one at a time to get up to the restaurant, however the door was locked and we could not access the lift. Lastly, we invited another couple to met us for dinner at the Steakhouse and then when we got there realized that the restaurant was not easily assessable for disabled people.
If the is the case, I am not impressed that the maintenance of the machines is poor. When I approached the players Club booth the two women where laughing and giggling and when I said the there may be a problem with my card, instead of simply replacing my card, one told me I needed to wipe the card on my pants, put the card in slowly or giggle the card because a lot of the machines readers were old and need to be replaced. We enjoyed the Casino until my Players card would not work in several machines. Second was that the toilet ran all night until you pushed the handle back up. Surely housekeeping should have noted that and replaced the box of tissue. There was only 1 sheet of tissue in the box in the bathroom. The Hotel room was beautiful, however we did experience the following problems with the room. We visited on May 23-24 and spent the night.
